Founded by Kripa, a certified yoga instructor, and Raj, a certified meditation teacher, Kaaya – The Body and Mind was created from a deep passion for holistic wellness. For the past four years, they have been serving the community by offering practices that support physical health, mental clarity, and emotional balance.
Now, they are extending their passion and positive energy into workplaces and the corporate world, helping organizations reduce stress, cultivate mindfulness, and enhance productivity.
Their vision is to support individuals in nurturing harmony between body and mind through mindful movement, meditation, and practices that cultivate inner peace, awareness, and overall well-being. 🧘♂️✨

ABOUT RAJ
Raj is a mindfulness practitioner, meditation guide, and community contributor based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. He has a strong foundation in Buddhist practice, with meditation being part of his life since childhood. Rooted in his Buddhist family background and deepened through Vipassana practice, his journey reflects a sincere commitment to inner growth and awareness.
He is actively involved in promoting holistic well-being through his work with Kaaya – The Body and Mind, where he guides practices such as awareness yoga, mindfulness meditation, and sound healing sessions. These programs are designed to help individuals manage stress and cultivate balance in modern life.
Raj is also connected to Bodhi Creation, a Dallas-based photo and video service that supports community events and storytelling, helping preserve meaningful moments and cultural connections.

ABOUT KRIPA
Kripa is a passionate full-time registered nurse who is deeply dedicated to caring for others. With years of experience in the healthcare field, she previously served as a Director of Nursing in several nursing homes, where she demonstrated strong leadership and an unwavering commitment to patient care.
Driven by her passion for holistic well-being, Kripa later expanded her path by becoming a certified yoga instructor and wellness practitioner. She truly loves helping people and approaches both her nursing and teaching with compassion, kindness, and a strong sense of responsibility.
She is the co-founder of Kaaya – The Body and Mind, an initiative focused on integrating physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Through her work, Kripa promotes mindful living and supports individuals in finding balance in their daily lives.
Kripa brings a calm, compassionate, and grounded presence to her teaching, guiding students through practices that emphasize relaxation, inner awareness, and overall harmony of body and mind.
