At Kaaya Body and Mind, we are dedicated to providing holistic healthcare options to our clients that promote physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.


 

Sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are "bathed" in sound waves produced by various healing instruments.

Unlike a concert, there is no melody or lyrics. Instead, it’s a form of sound therapy designed to 

guide you into a deep state of relaxation and meditation.


Common Instruments


  • Crystal or Tibetan Singing Bowls: Create resonant, long-lasting tones.
  • Gongs: Produce deep, vibrating frequencies.
  • Chimes & Rain sticks: Mimic nature sounds to soothe the mind.
  • Tuning Forks: Used for precision frequencies.


How It Works


  • Preparation: You typically lie down comfortably on a mat with blankets and pillows.


  • Immersion: The practitioner plays instruments that create overlapping vibrations.


  • Brainwave Entrainment: The frequencies help shift your brain from an active state (Beta) to a relaxed, dream-like state (Alpha or Theta).
